Haituan Yacht Group is a professional yacht manufacturing enterprise engaged in the design, research and development, production, sales, and service of luxury yachts, law enforcement boats, and new energy tourist vessels. It has subsidiaries including Hainan Lingao Haituan New Energy Yacht Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Hunan Haituan Yacht Co., Ltd., and Yunnan Haituan Yacht Co., Ltd. The company currently holds construction qualifications for steel, aluminum, and fiberglass reinforced plastic vessels approved by the China Classification Society and the Ship Inspection Bureau, and has passed the quality management system certification, occupational health and safety management system certification, and environmental management system certification from the China Classification Society. Among them, the Hunan company is a member of the Ferry Committee of the China Urban Public Transport Association, a high-tech enterprise in Hunan Province, the vice president unit of the Hunan Province Shipbuilding Industry Association, a level three enterprise for safety production standardization, a cooperative unit with Wuhan University of Technology for industry-university-research collaboration, and a specialized and innovative small giant enterprise in Hunan Province.

 

Lingao Haituan New Energy Yacht Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in November 2021, located in the Marine Equipment Industrial Park of Jinpai Port, Lingao County, Hainan Province, with a registered capital of 56.78 million yuan. It is a professional yacht manufacturing enterprise engaged in the design, research and development, production, sales, and service of new energy yachts, leisure fishing boats, and marine equipment. The first phase of the company covers an area of about 50 acres (with a reserved area of 70 acres for the second phase), featuring a complete main production workshop, environmental protection spray painting workshop, warehouse, hazardous (waste) materials warehouse, comprehensive office building, launching dock, and outfitting dock (harbor pool). It has designed four major production lines for hull production, outfitting production, machinery and electrical installation production, and interior production. It was completed and put into production in June 2023, with an annual production capacity of 60 yachts and boats after reaching full capacity, including 30 yachts and leisure fishing boats, 20 high-end tourist boats for export, and 10 high-performance public service boats, with an annual output value reaching 120 million yuan and tax revenue of 7 million yuan, making it the largest "smart manufacturing" base for new energy yachts in China! The second phase of the project is expected to develop an area of 70 acres, expanding the R&D, design, and production center, and establishing a sea fishing club and yacht inspection and repair service center, with an annual output value reaching 400 million yuan after full production.
